Microschool Founder
Tom is the founder of Moreana Boys Academy, an alternative microschool for boys in grades 3–9. Moreana helps independent learners thrive through curated excursions, one-on-one coaching, challenging projects, and peer collaboration. The school emphasizes leadership, personal growth, and hands-on learning, with weekly immersive outings that take students beyond the classroom and into the real world. Moreana Boys Academy is a supportive space where young men shape their futures through education, leadership, and a commitment to positive change.

KaiPod Catalyst, Program Director
Carolyn leads the KaiPod Catalyst microschool accelerator program, guiding aspiring school founders from idea to launch. This role involves overseeing program operations, coaching participants, managing curriculum delivery, and ensuring each educator receives the support, accountability, and resources they need to successfully start and grow their own microschool. Carolyn has supported hundreds of passionate educators on their journey to becoming microschool founders!

Lily Jones
Founder & CEO of Educator Forever
Lily Jones is an educator, coach, and founder of Educator Forever, where she helps teachers make a difference in education while gaining the flexibility, income, and freedom that jobs inside the classroom often don’t provide.
After leaving the classroom in 2012, Lily turned her passion for education into a successful curriculum development and consulting business.
Lily has also supported thousands of educators in building careers beyond the classroom. She’s passionate about helping teachers translate their expertise into innovative roles so they can continue shaping the future of education on their own terms.
