Feeling constantly exhausted from teaching?

It’s no wonder. Teachers are confronted with impossible and endless demands. We often deal with work-related health issues, extreme burnout and exhaustion, and relentless stress loads.

If you're feeling burnt out, it's not your fault.

Teachers are constantly exploited and not listened to, even though we are the education experts that can lead the changes we need to see in education.

As a busy teacher, it can feel impossible to find the mental space to even figure out what you need and want. It can be hard to use your imagination to dream and find joy because you are so immersed in a toxic culture.

How do you move forward, knowing that you need to make a change while being too exhausted to do so?

In a system based on the exploitation of teachers, we can’t wait around for people to give us the time, space, and empowerment we need to live our best lives.

WE need to be the ones creating our paths forward.

At Educator Forever, we’re leading a movement to empower

educators to step into our power as the

education experts that we are.

The Empowered Educator Workshop Series is designed to empower educators to acknowledge the impact of teaching on their well-being and develop a plan to build sustainable, joyful lives while making a difference in education.

Know Your Worth

Recognize how working in a toxic environment wreaks havoc on our emotional health and self-worth. Increase your emotional resilience by learning about tools to support your well-being and creating a self-care plan. Say goodbye to limiting beliefs and get clear on your value and expertise.

Confronting Imposter Syndrome

Stepping into your power as an education expert can bring up feelings of not being good enough. These feelings are often internalized from an entire system that perpetuates the idea that you’re “just a teacher.” In this workshop, we’ll confront imposter syndrome and build your confidence.

Carving a Clear Path Forward

Your life should be aligned to your values and center your well-being. Get clear on what you really want, then create an intentional path to get you there.

The workshops will take place on:

Saturday, May 6

Saturday, May 13

Saturday, May 20

from 1 PM - 2:30 PM Pacific / 4 PM - 5:30 PM Eastern

They will always be recorded if you can’t make it live!

By the end of the workshop series, you'll have:

✔ Increased your emotional resilience by creating a self-care plan

✔ Reconnected to your WHY as an educator

✔ Realized the power of your education expertise

✔ Gained the motivation — and an actionable plan— to build a more sustainable professional life
